Cork based group Ceolta Sí performing Irish traditional music, song and dance shows in Youghal, Ireland.
Ceolta Sí are the performing group of the Youghal branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann in east Cork.
Youghal CCÉ is 25 years old. Now based in the new, purpose built Brú na Sí centre, the branch is active throughout the year. Classes are provided in a range of instruments including button accordion, tin whistle, flute, fiddle, concertina, banjo and mandolin. The performing group, Ceolta Sí, performs regularly at the centre. Ceolta Sí have also performed extensively around the world. More recently younger groups, Lár na Cruinne and Draíocht an Oileáin, were founded and they have also performed at a variety of events and concerts. For the winter, Brú na Sí will host a monthly concert/workshop series.

For the first time, Feis Maitiú, a Cork institution in the world of the arts and the development of young talent, included Irish traditional music in its programme.
